We are looking for a Head of Housekeeping to lead our vacation rental cleaning operations, manage daily assignments, maintain quality standards, and support our housekeeping team. We offer a friendly, growth-focused culture built on teamwork, long-term relationships, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Manage daily cleaning assignments and schedules. Coordinate cleaners, inspectors, maintenance, and admin teams. Monitor cleaning quality and address issues promptly. Train, coach, and hold housekeeping staff accountable. Ensure properties are clean, guest-ready, and meet company standards. Track attendance, supplies, linens, and housekeeping records. Qualifications Housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable. Able to manage multiple properties and make quick decisions. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
