Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitation standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Oversee the execution of industrial, commercial, and hospitality cleaning tasks, including laundry services and custodial duties. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement to ensure operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to sanitation standards. Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to foster a motivated and professional team environment. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in cleaning operations with a focus on sanitation management in industrial or commercial settings. Strong staff supervision skills with demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and customer service interactions. Extensive custodial experience including janitorial duties, laundry services, and hospitality housekeeping. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards. Ability to develop and enforce cleaning & sanitation protocols that meet industry regulations. Skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
