Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation:

$17+ hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
