Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards across our hospitality or commercial facility. Responsibilities Oversee all housekeeping operations, including cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and custodial services, ensuring they meet established quality standards. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive team environment. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols aligned with safety regulations and sanitation best practices. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; manage procurement processes to ensure operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, restrooms, and other facilities to uphold cleanliness standards. Enforce safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment use to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with management to address guest or client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services or janitorial work within hospitality or commercial settings. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, industrial cleaning methods, and safety regulations. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead staff and coordinate with other departments. Experience in managing cleaning & sanitation operations, including laundry services if applicable. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Familiarity with hospitality standards or commercial cleaning protocols is highly desirable.
