Your leadership will be vital in coordinating cleaning schedules, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and fostering a positive, efficient work atmosphere. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and deliver excellent guest service Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality control Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use Skills Experience in housekeeping management or janitorial roles Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a diverse team Familiarity with hotel operations, standards of cleanliness, and hospitality best practices Ability to perform detailed inspections and maintain high standards of hygiene across all areas Effective communication skills for coordinating with staff and interacting with guests Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety Join us in creating memorable experiences by maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards!
