Executive Housekeeper - Brand New Hotel

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and set the standard for cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our brand new hotel . • 18 per hour $500 hiring bonus $250 after 90 days $250 after 180 days Double pay for worked holidays 40 hours of vacation available at hire $50 monthly cell phone stipend Complimentary breakfast daily Employee referral program Work in a newly opened hotel with a fresh team and environment What You'll Do Lead and support the housekeeping and laundry team (hiring, training, coaching, scheduling) Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards Inspect rooms and follow up on quality issues Manage daily room status updates with the front desk Control inventory for linens, supplies, and equipment Maintain labor standards and productivity goals Handle guest requests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally Oversee lost & found and department organization Partner with the General Manager on budgeting and department performance What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping leadership experience (Assistant Executive Housekeeper or similar) Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to lead a team and keep morale high Comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment Basic computer and reporting skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment Additional experience in hotel housekeeping operations is a plus Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred, not required) Why Join Us?
