Key Responsibilities Daily Operations:

Manage day-to-day housekeeping, floor care, waste removal (including biohazardous waste), and linen distribution.

Staff Management:

Handle hiring, shift scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline for EVS personnel.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular inspections, facility rounding, and audits to ensure high cleanliness standards and infection control compliance.

Inventory & Budget:

Monitor equipment use, manage cleaning supply inventory, and help control departmental budgets.

Cross-Department Communication:

Serve as a liaison between EVS and other departments (such as Nursing or Facility Operations) to coordinate room turnarounds and special requests.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Requires 3 or more years in EVS, janitorial, or hospitality operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Education:
