Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Manager and lead the charge in creating spotless, welcoming environments for our guests. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who thrives on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization across all areas of the property. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily operations, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure that every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while managing the complexities of hotel or hospitality cleaning operations.

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold company standards and improve performance. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures for all areas including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and custodial services. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations. Manage staff scheduling, assign tasks effectively, and oversee daily workflow to optimize productivity. Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry processes, and janitorial practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred; familiarity with industry standards is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Ability to train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
