Responsibilities Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality cleaning standards. Lead and motivate a team of attendants and janitorial staff, providing training and ongoing support to enhance performance. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and task assignments to meet customer demand during peak hours. Oversee maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Monitor customer service interactions, resolving any issues promptly to guarantee an outstanding experience. Implement safety procedures and conduct regular inspections to uphold health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including janitorial duties such as trash removal and surface cleaning when necessary. Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning, custodial, or hospitality environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience with commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable. Knowledge of laundry or housekeeping management is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management will be considered an asset.
