You'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, implement best practices, and foster a culture of excellence within your team. What you'll do Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while maintaining quality. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and maintain seamless operations. Address guest feedback promptly to enhance their experience and resolve any issues effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management. Basic qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Preferred qualifications Strong background in cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial services. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations.
