In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met, and promote a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and foster a culture of excellence in hospitality service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence guest experiences through superior housekeeping management. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet quality standards for cleanliness and presentation Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity Oversee cleaning routines across guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and back-of-house areas using commercial cleaning techniques Implement and maintain effective custodial procedures for waste disposal, chemical handling, and equipment maintenance Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment to ensure seamless operations Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Extensive janitorial experience including cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials Knowledge of laundry operations and best practices in hospitality settings Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards and customer service expectations Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Housekeeping Manager where your leadership transforms spaces into welcoming environments!
