In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure brand standards are consistently met, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who leads by example, takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and custodial duties Lead, motivate, train, and support housekeeping team members to ensure quality performance and guest satisfaction Conduct room inspections and public area inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently met Assist with scheduling, room assignments, and daily workflow planning Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Enforce hotel policies, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and equipment use Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery opportunities Work closely with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience Assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces as needed during busy periods Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisory or leadership experience required Hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and safety standards Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding guest service Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to effectively communicate with and support our diverse team What We're Looking For ✔ Positive attitude ✔ Strong work ethic ✔ Attention to detail ✔ Dependable and punctual ✔ Team-focused leader willing to lead by example Join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for every day.
