Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning operations across various areas including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning zones Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations in compliance with hospitality standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations Enforce health and safety policies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all staff Provide leadership in managing team schedules, performance evaluations, and addressing staff concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments with a focus on sanitation management Strong staff supervision skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a hospitality or janitorial setting Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight and customer service interactions Bilingual skills are a plus.
