The Davis Conference Center & Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, support team performance, and ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional stay. In this leadership role, you will supervise housekeeping staff, maintain Hilton brand standards, coordinate daily operations, and help create a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$18+ per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do Team Leadership & Operations Supervise and support housekeeping team members to ensure high-quality performance and productivity Train, coach, and develop staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and brand standards Create and manage weekly schedules based on occupancy levels and business needs Assign daily room inspections, cleaning assignments, and housekeeping tasks Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on guest satisfaction Guest Room & Property Standards Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards Conduct regular room inspections and follow up on quality concerns Review housekeeping boards daily to verify room status accuracy Collaborate closely with the Front Desk to maintain real-time room status updates Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest comfort Inventory & Administrative Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and order housekeeping supplies as needed Conduct quarterly linen inventories and maintain accurate records Oversee laundry operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with health standards Maintain and update the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) book Manage lost and found procedures and ensure guest items are properly documented and returned Assist management with payroll verification and room status reporting What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience preferred Hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate, train, and lead a diverse team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals Ability to work throughout the hotel and laundry areas as needed Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position Flexible schedule required Must be available to work weekends and holidays Fast-paced hotel environment with exposure to laundry equipment and cleaning agents Why Join Our Team?
