Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a dedicated team, implement best practices, and ensure that all guest rooms and public spaces are impeccably presented. Candidate must have flexible scheduling days available, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory role preferred but not required. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning guestrooms, public areas, and all office spaces. Coordinate and establish cleaning schedules and long-term "deep clean" projects in conjunction with the General Manager and Maintenance department. Coordinate with the front desk team members for room status updates and Maintenance for property repairs. Oversee inventory control for linens, chemicals, and guest amenities; managing vendor relationships and procurement with the General Manager. Manage staffing levels based on hotel occupancy forecasts. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of all housekeeping staff. Lead training programs focusing on sanitation, safety (including OSHA compliance), and service excellence. Perform regular, rigorous inspections of all guestrooms and public spaces to ensure brand standards are consistently met; cleaning guestrooms as needed in coordination with other housekeeping staff as needed. Investigate and resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness or service. Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and labeling of hazardous materials. The Executive Housekeeper role features a starting pay of $16.00 per hour . This base rate may be adjusted based on your professional background, qualifications, and your ability to manage high-volume laundry and staffing operations. •Must be dependable.
