Duties Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Conduct regular inspections to verify cleaning quality, floor care standards, and adherence to safety protocols Train new team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and hospitality standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and ordering needs to ensure seamless operations Implement industrial cleaning techniques when necessary for large-scale or specialized cleaning projects Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness issues efficiently Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial supervision within the hospitality industry Strong background in cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Knowledge of janitorial equipment, supplies, and safety procedures Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations is highly desirable Previous experience overseeing custodial or janitorial teams in large facilities or hotels is preferred Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead our dedicated team toward delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest experiences.
