Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient execution of cleaning routines across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Implement and uphold sanitation, safety regulations, and cleaning protocols aligned with industry standards to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to verify cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards are met or exceeded Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a professional and motivated workforce Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; ensure proper storage and usage to optimize resources Address guest concerns promptly with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues related to cleanliness or service quality effectively Promote teamwork through clear communication, leadership, and recognition of staff achievements to boost morale and productivity Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments, including industrial cleaning practices Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities in a hotel or similar setting Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques Excellent managerial communication skills to lead staff effectively while maintaining positive guest interactions Background in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry preferred; janitorial experience is highly valued Ability to oversee laundry operations as part of overall housekeeping duties Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance among staff members Join us as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership will elevate our guest experience through impeccable cleanliness and exceptional team management.
