PORT MADISON ENTERPRISES SUQUAMISH CLEARWATER CASINO RESORT
Facilities- Supervisor General Position Summary:
Provides direct supervision and oversees Environmental Services of Casino and other PME facilities as necessary. Delegates job duties to crew consistent with Coordinator's directives. Some payroll and administrative duties.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Ability to manage and motivate employees Works with Environmental Services Coordinator in preparing schedules Supervises crew on assigned shifts Upon approval of Coordinator, orders and receives supplies and equipment Other duties as deemed necessary
Secondary Functions:
Responsible for the upkeep of all PME grounds and property under the guidance of the Environmental Services Coordinator.
Specific Job Skills:
Experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and carpentry Experience in administrative abilities Written and verbal communication skills preferred Ability to be trained in the proper handling of chemicals Education and/or
Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Job Conditions:
Working conditions include working in an office setting with a computer, telephone, fax and other office equipment. Other working conditions may include working alone, or in a busy office with frequent interruptions. May have access to other management offices as needed to perform duties, as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8 to 12 hours). Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs climbs ladders, work in inclement weather, stoop, squat, and bend and kneel.
