Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage a housekeeping team of up to 10 team members Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton and Hampton brand cleanliness standards Manage housekeeping schedules and daily operations Monitor inventory levels and order housekeeping supplies as needed Conduct room inspections and quality assurance checks Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment Coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience preferred Hilton experience preferred but not required Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards and inventory management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during busy seasons Must be able to pass a background check
