Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and products Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain optimal appearance and safety standards Handle janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, dusting, window washing, and sanitizing high-touch areas Assist with custodial duties in both commercial and residential environments to ensure spaces are hygienic and well-maintained Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or equipment Utilize industrial cleaning techniques when necessary to handle larger-scale or more challenging cleaning projects Maintain cleanliness logs and document completed tasks to ensure quality control and accountability Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance preferred Knowledge of floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing techniques Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Nice-to-have skills include residential painting experience, industrial cleaning expertise, porter experience, or additional certifications related to facilities upkeep Join us in creating pristine environments that leave lasting impressions!
