The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role is essential in upholding the standards of cleanliness and hygiene across commercial sitting. Applicant must have valid drivers license, social security card or authorization to work in the U.S. Must have own transportation, and phone for communication purposes. Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain clean floors and surface Carry out custodial duties in various facilities, including restrooms, offices, and common areas. Execute facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are functional and well-kept. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Respond promptly to cleaning requests. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility. Skills . Experience in custodial services within commercial or residential settings is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timelines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and facility occupants.
