Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health and safety standards Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools with proper manual handling techniques Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and floor care techniques to ensure a spotless appearance Use cleaning detergents safely and effectively while adhering to all safety guidelines Communicate professionally with clients regarding their cleaning needs and preferences Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards Assist with outdoor work when required, including trash removal Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Familiarity with cleaning surfaces such as carpets, tiles, wood floors, and countertops is essential Experience with cleaning equipment including floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and dusters is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation procedures, and proper manual handling techniques is necessary Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Proven ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple cleaning tasks simultaneously Join us if you're passionate about creating clean environments that make a positive impact!
