DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Custodial care of The Athens Limestone Counseling Center, The Athens Limestone Counseling Center Day Treatment Annex, The Athens Limestone Youth Counseling, The Decatur Morgan Counseling Center, The Albany Clinic for Children and Somerville Place Administrative Office Building. (Examples of tasks: sweeps, scrubs, mops, as is necessary; dusts and polishes furniture. Cleans, polishes, and disinfects lavatories, fixtures, and mirrors; replenishes lavatory supplies. Dusts and cleans other rooms as assigned; washes windows, woodwork, and walls; vacuums carpets. Periodically cleans carpet using water extraction method. Performs related work as assigned following pre-established schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

: Working knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in custodial care of buildings. Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components Strong attention to detail and conscientiousness Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Sufficient physical strength to perform a variety of routine manual tasks involved in the care, cleaning, and limited maintenance of buildings and equipment. Lift at least 25 pounds. Push, pull and twist using heavy equipment.

Pay:

$12.02 - $16.83 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
