A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Overview Storage Master We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Maintenance & Janitorial Technician to support daily operations at our facility. This blended role includes both maintenance tasks and janitorial responsibilities to ensure customers always have a positive experience. Responsible for light repairs, daily cleaning, and keeping the facility safe and presentable. Our facility is highly favored by our customers, and friends alike. You are a great asset to keeping our customers happy and maintaining such a wonderful atmosphere. Must be able to perform physical tasks, and comfortable using basic tools. (We provide necessary tools). Job duties will include, but are not limited to: keeping empty units tidy, keep grounds clean of debris, sweep/mop/shine floor throughout facility, keep trash cans emptied daily, restrooms stocked and cleaned, change air filters, replace light bulbs, cut locks when necessary, trim hedges, blow/ rake leaves, fix leaks on roof and gutters cleaned out as needed, and make small repairs when the need arises.
