Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Janitorial Daily Service professional, where your energy and dedication will keep our facilities spotless, safe, and welcoming every day! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial and residential spaces. Your proactive approach will ensure environments are hygienic, organized, and conducive to productivity and comfort. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a clean and healthy workplace while developing your skills in facilities maintenance and custodial services. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Maintain floors through buffing, scrubbing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance. Assist with tasks such as reporting minor or larger issues to the appropriate team members. Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to clean sales floor and cafe' area hallways, between registers and other designated areas. Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to promote a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus.
