Valid driver's license Prior carpet/floor cleaning experience Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Work with/around cleaning agents Lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Work alone or with others in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and trainable

Key Responsibilities:

Clean exterior and interior structure of a home, business, or other facility Prepare rooms/areas for work activities Set up staging area and equipment for each project Communicate well with management and other technicians Perform production processes and other duties as directed Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance Maintain a neat and orderly professional appearance Provide excellent customer service and results Inventory, restocking, & equipment maintenance Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform routine preventative maintenance Track all equipment and supplies
