Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle custodial duties like trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitization to uphold hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness during scheduled shifts while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures Assist with light maintenance tasks or minor repairs related to facilities upkeep as needed Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet quality standards and client expectations Support team members by sharing best practices for efficient cleaning and safety compliance Qualifications Prior experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift Basic understanding of facilities maintenance or porter experience is a plus Willingness to learn new skills such as residential painting or buffing techniques for expanded responsibilities Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact the cleanliness and safety of vital commercial spaces.
