Job Description
Join an established vacation rental cleaning company serving the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area. We offer steady, year-round work and are hiring dependable full-time and part-time cleaners. Position Overview Cleaners prepare vacation rental homes between guest stays. Weekend availability is required, and schedules vary based on seasonal demand and the volume of available work. Responsibilities
- Clean and reset vacation rental homes between guest stays.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas.
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and appliances.
- Strip and remake beds.
- Restock linens, towels, and supplies.
- Remove trash and leave each home guest-ready within the required timeframe.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with inspectors to ensure homes are completed on time. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, dependability, ability to follow instructions and attention to quality.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Availability on Saturday and/or Sunday.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to commute to Gulf Shores, AL 36542, and Orange Beach, AL 36561. Schedule and Pay
- Day shifts only; no night shifts.
- Weekly, piece-rate pay based on each completed unit.
- Average daily earnings of $120-$250, depending on quality, efficiency, and available work volume.
- Work volume varies by season and demand.
