Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Clean carpets and upholstery using specialized equipment to remove stains and dirt effectively Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning activities to promote health and sustainability Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and upkeep Maintain detailed logs of cleaning tasks completed during each shift for accountability and quality assurance Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a focus on environmental standards Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, extractors, and vacuum cleaners safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to custodial work in commercial environments Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting spaces that make a positive impact every day!
