Job Overview We are seeking experienced, reliable cleaners to join our dynamic team in Montgomery. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Execute specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing to maintain flooring excellence Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all areas by following established protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Use janitorial equipment effectively to ensure efficient cleaning processes Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing Strong understanding of sanitation standards and janitorial best practices Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Experience with laundry operations and general housekeeping responsibilities Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier cleaning services!
