Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including dust removal, debris clearance, and surface sanitation. Utilize cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor buffers, and vacuum systems to achieve optimal cleanliness. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine. Handle chemicals safely during cleaning processes, adhering strictly to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning tasks. Apply appropriate sanitation procedures to prevent infection control issues in post-construction environments. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, including logs of equipment use and safety inspections. Requirements Proven custodial or janitorial experience, preferably in commercial or post-construction settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques such as window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and sanitation practices. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly with proper PPE use. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with project managers or site supervisors when needed.
