As a member of the Selma team, the Weekend Mold Crew member will be responsible for the following roles.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to: Using a high-pressure Ice Blaster to clean foam molds Use a Putty Knife to scrape debris from the foam molds Use Air Wands to clean foam molds Clean, sweep and wipe down machines Advantages of working at Lear in the Foam group: The Lear Foam group operates in many areas of the world and offers vast experience opportunities to employees.
Your Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience Required Reliable Transportation Quality Management System Overview Right-to-Know/Hazardous Communication High School Diploma or GED Verified by Reference Check or Job Performance Able to work in team setting and communicate well Physically able to perform job Follows both oral and written instructions, including customer standards. Reliable attendance Able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Part-Time with minimum of 24 hours per week Follows good safety practices.
