Cleaning Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
