A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Night Shift General Cleaner Job Schedule:

Thursday-Saturday, 36hrs/week 2nd shift: 2:00PM-2:00

AM Pay Rate:

Paid weekly (every Friday) $14.50/hr Job duties : Responsible for the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, and any other general areas throughout the facility. Routine building cleaning Restroom cleaning Window cleaning Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter Sanitizing surfaces Floor Care Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming/Dusting Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

Must be able to read and write in English Pass background checks and drug screening Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
