Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks across our facilities, ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition. Your efforts will contribute directly to the comfort, safety, and productivity of our staff and visitors. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common spaces to meet health and safety standards Conduct industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including high dusting or deep cleaning of large areas Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Keep detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any issues or damages to management promptly Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is advantageous Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us in creating a clean, safe environment where everyone can thrive!
