Responsibilities Bring positive energy while performing residential and commercial cleaning services including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and trash removal. Make homes and businesses shine by thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and more. Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results every time. Safely and confidently use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment according to company guidelines. Take pride in the details—turn every space into something fresh, clean, and welcoming. Treat every customer's home, business, belongings, and privacy with care, respect, and professionalism. Communicate in a friendly, professional, and upbeat way with customers and team members. Show up on time, ready to work, and complete assignments you accept with pride. Report any damage, safety concerns, missing items, or unusual situations right away to management. Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized, clean, and ready to go. Help create a great experience for every customer we serve—every visit matters! Experience Previous residential, commercial, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience is a plus—but not required at all . We LOVE training the right people with great attitudes and a willingness to learn. Reliable transportation to assigned customer locations is required. Ability to communicate reliably by phone/text. Comfortable working independently while still being part of a supportive team. Strong attention to detail and pride in doing great work. Friendly, respectful, upbeat, and professional attitude. Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. Ability to safely perform physical cleaning tasks (standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving supplies).
