A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are looking for janitors to help each week night at 5:00PM. Each night will be routine cleaning of large office spaces which will include, but is not limited to, taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens/breakrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. Each night of work generally takes 2.5 to 3 hours. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree
