Window Cleaning Technician $20-$24/hr Avg (Base + Tips + Bonuses) | Paid Training | Hiring Now Berryhill Window Cleaning is hiring dependable team members for window cleaning services in residential and commercial settings. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing immediate results from your work, this is a great fit. We are a growing local company and currently hiring 2 technicians to join our team. Pay $16 training pay Commission Structure after training period $20-$24/hr average earnings (tips, bonuses, performance pay) Opportunities for raises based on performance What You'll Do Clean windows (interior and exterior) on residential and commercial properties Use ladders and professional equipment safely Deliver high-quality, streak-free results Interact with customers and provide excellent service Maintain and care for equipment Schedule Full-time positions available Day shifts (typically 10+ hours depending on workload) Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Able to lift and carry equipment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to pass a background check No experience required - we provide paid training Growth Opportunity Start with window cleaning and build your skills.
