Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, hotels, or other facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain floor care routines such as sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep floors pristine and safe Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or inventory checks Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards Knowledge of floor care procedures including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Experience with laundry operations and sanitation practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and safety guidelines consistently Prior experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where people feel valued!
