You'll be: Assembling mechanical and electrical components as part of a collaborative team. Following detailed instructions to create high-quality, sustainable products. Fitting, aligning, and calibrating parts efficiently to minimize waste and resource use. Maintaining an organized, sanitized workspace and following all safety and sanitization protocols. Thoroughly sanitizing finished products before packaging, supporting a hygienic workplace. Participating in recycling initiatives and efforts to reduce production waste. Assisting with simple repairs on products that do not meet quality standards. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have basic mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work. Are committed to sustainability and following proper sanitization procedures. Can reliably follow detailed instructions and maintain excellent attendance. Have completed some high school coursework.
