Our primary service area includes Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Sun City and Casa Grande , with some assignments in surrounding areas. What You'll Do Clean interior and exterior residential and commercial windows Clean glass doors, mirrors and other glass surfaces as assigned Clean window frames, sills, tracks and screens Remove dirt, dust, fingerprints, water spotting and general buildup Use professional window-cleaning tools including squeegees, extension poles and water-fed pole systems where appropriate Perform ladder work safely when required Protect customer flooring, furniture, landscaping and surrounding property while working Inspect glass and frames for existing damage and report concerns before beginning work Maintain window-cleaning tools and equipment Follow customer-specific instructions and Pronto360 service standards Follow all company safety procedures, including ladder, chemical and heat-safety requirements Maintain professional conduct while working in and around customers' homes and businesses Secure customer keys, access codes and property information where applicable What We're Looking For Previous professional window-cleaning experience preferred, but strong candidates may be trained Comfortable working outdoors and in Arizona heat Comfortable working at height and using ladders safely Reliable transportation Ability to lift approximately 25-40 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual and comfortable working independently Good communication and customer-service skills Two professional or personal references Employment subject to applicable background-screening requirements Willingness to follow company safety and service-documentation policies, including use of company-approved body-worn cameras where required Pay & Benefits $22.50-$27.50 per hour before tips , based on experience, skill and performance Customer tips are additional Mileage reimbursement for approved travel between customer locations Paid time off for eligible employees Performance-based pay increases and bonuses Company-provided professional equipment and cleaning supplies Eligible roles may qualify for healthcare support, 401(k) matching, holiday pay and company-vehicle eligibility Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
