Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Vacation Rental Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that vacation rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for new guests. Your reliable transportation will be essential to efficiently travel between properties and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards. Change linens, wash laundry, and restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products. Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and report any property damages or maintenance needs. Use appropriate cleaning equipment for carpet cleaning, floor care, and janitorial tasks to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled turnovers promptly between guest stays. Communicate professionally with property managers or guests regarding any special requests or issues. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including sanitation, carpet cleaning, floor care, and laundry processes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable transportation is required to ensure timely access to multiple rental properties across different locations. Experience with housekeeper management or hospitality services is a plus but not mandatory.
