Job Overview:

Assistant Carpet Cleaning Technician We are looking for dedicated and motivated Assistant Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with a Lead Technician to ensure high-quality cleaning services and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Technician with all aspects of carpet cleaning services Prepare and organize cleaning equipment and supplies Move furniture and protect customer property as needed Perform detail vacuuming, prespraying, spotting, and grooming Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support the team in delivering efficient and professional service

As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to become a Lead Technician , responsible for: Overseeing and performing daily job duties Driving and maintaining the company vehicle Interacting with clients and educating them about our services Ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction

Compensation:

Starting pay: $20.00/hour + commission Average earnings: $35-$40/hour during peak seasonal months Job Qualifications Must have own transportation to and from our office Must live within a 15-mile radius of Flagstaff Must pass a clean police background check, and have a clean driving record Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Open availability Monday-Friday, with occasional nights/weekends Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Applicants must fill out an application in person at our office located at: 2209 N Main Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Join our team as an Assistant Carpet Cleaning Technician and contribute to creating clean and healthy environments for our clients.
