Elevation ELITE Vacation Rental Property Management is seeking an experienced vacation rental cleaner for Flagstaff, AZ. The individual should have reliable transportation, a cell phone with good service, be comfortable working alone, not have a record for tardiness/missed days, dedicated, and upbeat! This is a part-time position. Must be able to work weekends, as we are open 365 days/year. Responsibilities:

Clean, stock and supply vacation rentals Carry out standard cleansing tasks Notify management of any damage at the location Notify management of any items left at the location Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications Experience in hotel/vacation rental cleaning and sanitation practices Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction Previous hotel/vacation rental cleaning is highly desirable Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional towel and toilet paper folding Reliable transportation Reliable cell phone/cell phone provider Proven time management skills-must arrive on time
