This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants consistent, steady hours. Responsibilities include : Cleaning and maintaining amenity spaces (clubhouse, gym, restrooms, hallways, etc.) Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Wiping down surfaces, glass, and high-touch areas Trash removal and general upkeep Notifying management of any maintenance or cleanliness issues What we're looking for : Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently Good communication skills Prior cleaning experience is a plus (not required) What we offer: Starting pay at $21/hour Consistent weekly schedule Opportunity for additional hours and growth Supportive and professional work environment
