Power Washing Technician

Power Washing Technician - No Pressure Power Washing & Window Cleaning (East Valley) We're a fast-growing, high-end exterior cleaning company based in Gilbert, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician to join our team. This is not your average "rinse and go" job—we specialize in premium service, attention to detail, and delivering results our clients notice immediately.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pressure washing commercial and residential properties Soft washing (low-pressure chemical applications) Window cleaning Operating professional equipment (surface cleaners, hot water units, etc.) Ensuring every job looks top-tier before leaving

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic (this is physical work in the Arizona heat) Attention to detail — we don't cut corners Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and represent the company professionally Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
