Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Cleaning assignments may range from daytime, evening, or overnight shifts depending on the facility and client schedule. A route will be assigned based on your availability, skill level, and service area.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of commercial properties Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitization Trash removal, surface disinfecting, and spot cleaning as needed Post-construction final or rough cleans (as assigned) Window cleaning (interior/exterior, up to 3 stories) Report completion and any issues to supervisor/account manager

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to travel to and between job sites Working cell phone for route assignments and communication Must own your own cleaning equipment and supplies (vacuum, mop, broom, etc.) Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or construction cleaning experience preferred Ability to follow cleaning procedures and maintain professional standards Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to excellence in service
