Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation to ensure all areas meet quality standards. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across various surfaces and environments. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding. Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and efficiently, maintaining all tools in excellent condition. Manage floor care routines including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and outdoor work when necessary to uphold safety and appearance Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience is required. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and sanitation techniques is essential. Ability to handle manual tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and outdoor work experience is advantageous. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times.
