Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing to restore shine and cleanliness. Maintain high standards of services by sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Use specialized cleaning tools and products for environmental services that promote health and safety. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and company standards. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning agents to ensure availability at all times. Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within commercial or institutional environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care, and general sanitation practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in environmental services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
