We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Contractor or Cleaning Company to service a multiresidential complex located in Mesa, AZ 85202. This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for independent cleaners or small teams looking to secure consistent, recurring work.

PM Wednesday:

PM Friday:

8:00 AM

•2:30 PM (30 minute unpaid break per day)

Scope of Work Clubhouse Amenities Maintenance:

Provide thorough cleaning and upkeep for all amenities within the Clubhouse facility.

Office & Restroom Cleaning:

Clean office spaces (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, appliances) and fully sanitize restroom facilities.

Surface Disinfection:

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly.

Amenity Upkeep:

Maintain common areas, courtyard, and amenity furnishings (e.g., pool furniture, lounge areas) kept clean and deep-cleaned as needed.

Waste Management:

Empty garbage and recycling bins as required; service garbage rooms and disposal areas.

Supply Inventory:

Check and maintain adequate supplies in washrooms and supply closets.

App Usage:

Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload before/after photos, and check out. Compensation $460 per week Paid according to our standard contractor payment cycle (weekly processing after approval) Rates may be discussed based on scope and performance Requirements Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, Airbnb, hotel, etc.) Valid business liability insurance Smartphone with internet access (iOS or Android) Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and photo uploads Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Willingness to complete a background check How the Contract Will Be Assigned If your business is selected, we may begin with a trial service visit to ensure quality standards and workflow alignment. Upon successful completion, the location will be assigned as a recurring service contract . How You Will Get Paid Services are completed within a Monday-Sunday cycle . An invoice draft will be shared the following week for confirmation . Payments are processed via direct deposit on Fridays for the previous week's approved services. Pay:
